I recently bought my car through Steve Rowlands Car Sales, and Harri made the whole experience absolutely brilliant from beginning to end.

Harri was so helpful, knowledgeable and honest right away—no pushy sales tactics at all, just clear advice and all the information I needed. He took the time to show me everything, explain the car’s history, answer every single question I had, and let me take my time checking it over and test driving without any rush.

Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, paperwork was straightforward, and Harri kept me updated at every step so I always knew what was happening. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone trustworthy and reliable who genuinely cares about getting things right for the customer. Especially with the gip I have had with different car sales people. This place doesn’t treat you differently based on gender they treat you as one. Will definitely go back in the future.

I first messaged Harri on Facebook about a car I was interested in and was looking to swap my small car with a bigger 5 door car. I visited the garage and spoke to Harri about what I was looking for and he took my details and said he would contact me as soon as something suitable came in. I had a phone call the next day and went to look at a Fiesta that he had which was ideal and exactly what I was looking for. The communication was excellent and the purchase very smooth with them offering to sort out my private number plates. I love my new car and would definitely recommend them. Thank you Harri 😊

Outstanding! Great car and superb Pre- and After Sales care! I will explain.

I travelled 5 hours from the South of England to pick up a reserved car, on a Saturday. Great little Honda just on inspection one of the electric windows was defective. I’m not a car expert and was hesitant but Harri and the team investigated the problem and reassured me it was a straight forward fix but needed a spare part. Harri straight away offered to have the window fixed in a garage local to me so I could take the car home. He sourced and contacted a reputable garage by Monday morning and the spare part arrived 3 days later at my home address - the new V5C shortly after.
The issue has been fixed and the car is a joy to drive. From start to finish, very professional, consistently prompt communication and action. As I said, outstanding.
